What is KF94 mask and the difference from N95 mask?
The KF series standard is a Korean mainstream mask standard issued by the Korean Food and Drug Administration. Referring to the Asian Economic News report, the anti-epidemic masks (KF94, 99) refer to the 0.05-1.7μm particle shielding 94-99%, and oily and non-toxic Oily particles can all reach the same level, and splash-proof ability and bacterial filtration ability are not required.
KF94, the vast majority are 4-layer masks. Compared with common masks, N95 masks have better particle filtering effect, because the filtering diameter and filtering rate are better than KF94, but KF94 has more requirements for oily particle filtering than N95.
